Un’imperdibile selezione dei nostri vini da Dessert sapientemente abbinati dal nostro chef a piccole composizioni di formaggi di struttura e minidolci con frutta secca, alle creme e al cioccolato.

Dalle ore 17.00 alle ore 18.30 “Immancabile Brindisi a Champagne”
I vari prodotti della Maison Deutz verranno accompagnati da una progressione di quadri di pesce crudo: ostriche, gamberi, spigola e tonno sashimi.

Un appassionante percorso tra i vini Fazi Battaglia prodotti esclusivamente con uva Verdicchio, abbinati ad originali creazioni di cucina nazionale ed internazionale… dal Sushi alla quenelles di orata, dai finocchi e curcuma all’ insalatina di puledro e mele verdi…
